Computer Systems Team
The Team implements digital control and monitoring for manufacturing processes. We use equipment and software of established international companies, e.g. DeltaV and RS3 systems by Rosemount, PlantScape and TDC-3000 by Honeywell.
We also use PLCs of Siemens, GE Fanuc, Modicon.
Our Computer Systems Team Offer:
- designing, delivering, installing, start-up and servicing industrial computer automatics systems
- hardware service
- production of data transmission systems, including radio transmission
- consulting in the field of hardware and intelligent AKP devices
- configuring of smart transmitters, in particular by Rosemount, Honeywell, Foxboro, Endress+Hauser, MTL, KEP
- creating web sites
- trainings in scope of maintenance of digital control systems and equipment
We offer a full array of services in the area of Conventional Automatics and Computer Control Systems. We prepare quotations, cost estimates and calculations for investment implementation.
Technology and Projects Team
The team is responsible for preparing project implementation from the measuring and automatics sector, including inquiries, specifications and completion of deliveries, cost estimates, documentation and prefabricated equipment. The Team also gives its opinion for AKPiA projects and adapts them, provides consulting related to the measurements of pressure, level, flow rate, density, temperature, measuring of chemical composition, and pH.
Automatics Equipment Service
We offer the start-up and service of domestic and foreign control and measuring equipment in an industrial and laboratory version produced by many established companies. We also repair, calibrate, reference, check accuracy, evaluate the suitability of renovation of automatic devices for the companies operating according to the ISO system.
Maintenance and Industrial Automatics Overhauls
We perform complete installation works for the power sector, and manufacturing lines for the chemical and food industry and wastewater treatment plants.
Our installation groups are composed of young people with extensive professional experience.
We upgrade the existing manufacturing lines. On a customer's request, we perform also all works related to precision engineering and ironwork.
As a service company, we secure 24 h maintenance in the Chemical Company DWORY SA , in the Cieszyn Branch of POLIFARB Cieszyn-Wroc³aw SA , and intervention maintenance for the WIELICZKA Salt Mine.
